This is what Lin does for her school clients in her consulting projects. Lin interviews principals, deputy principals, academic deans, teachers, career advisors, ESOL teachers, international directors, students, and parents to discover these real-life stories and help schools catch the essence of their school brands. Lin uses storytelling frame to elicit the understandings of New Zealand curriculum and pedagogy from the teachers and the students. Lin facilitates the students’ creative talents to make visual contents for promoting their own schools.

The idea of starting this consulting business is inspired by Lin’s research on Chinese parents and their school-age children’s overseas schooling. Lin’s business model is created with her working experiences in the consumer goods industry in China.
